if you really want to have that file erased from the CD is (but I don't see any point of doing so):
1. copy the entire cd to your harddrive (a temp folder is good)
2. erase the cd using the burning wizard
3. copy from the temp folder the only files you want back onto the cd
4. erase the temp folder on your HD.
