why MEM usage keep on increase

My PC after switch on, even I do not do anything, after 1 or 2 day, then memory usage will increase to 2G, I have use antivirus, and SPYBOT to remore adware, but still same ,why?

My PC is Win 2K, this begin to happen since 2 month ago.
