If your port 80 is blocked (sounds like it is), it is blocked by your ISP for security reasons. There is NO way that you can open it. If you really really need to use port 80, you might have to get a business account instead.

My ISP blocks port 80 too, so i just add :81 to the web address that I give to other people. It shouldn't matter.
