hamburg老兄及各位大俠幫俺一下！ 俺有兩個菜鳥級的問題

１。不能讀 attached files. Whenever I tried to open the attached files, it always says "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachment in your mail".

I really need to open those attached files ASAP. Can somebody please help me?


2. my second question has something to do with very limited space (resource). Whenever I try to open several windows or deal with some big files such as posting a song, the computer always run into the trouble of "explorer error, or the computer is "dead". I mean really "dead", i.e., I can not do anything other than turning the power off or restarting the computer. Then it runs into the same problem over and over again.

I really appreciate any help from your guys!
