It all depends on number of peers and seeds. Also, there is a experimental version of Bit Torrent which allows users to choke their upload bandwidth. Please make sure that you open all the ports between 6881 to 6889. It makes a huge difference. My personal experience is that Chinese files are slow and English appZ/moviez (the Z denotes warez) are fast.
