I spent 2 hours to clean up my wife's machine.
She got exact the same problem.
here are the steps to do:
1, check add/remove from control panel. remove those from there.
2.record all name of the process from task in memory. search them on your local drive, find their location.
3. boot into safe mode, delete those folders which contain doggy program.
4.reboot into normal mode. run msconfig.
do selective boot, uncheck the program you don't want to load while the system startup.
