什麽是‘UPGRADE FIRMWARE’？苦啊！

什麽是‘UPGRADE FIRMWARE’？我在裝一個St Lab 路由器，在CONFIGURE 路由器時。當用
‘HTTP：//WWW.192.168.1.1’ 回車後，我機器上出現了一個，對話框，要
‘upgrade firmware':
check frimware error!
Please enter the path and name of the upgrade file, then click the "start"
button below:
upgrade firmware:____________________ | Brower|

我的路由器說明裏，沒有提這事。沒有軟件。在KEY FEATURE 上，有：
Flash EPROM for firmware upgrade.
我到廠家網站也沒看到能下載的東東。(st-lab.com/irp-4-1html)
請大家幫忙。 苦啊！
