50% dell not good in my group

There are 4 people in my group bought Dell laptop. Two of them are ok. One has to change keyboard, motherboard and hard drive. Fortunately this guy bought the 3 year - next day - on site service. My laptop got a bad memory chip within one year. I called them serveral times and Dell only changed the memory with refurbished one.
