Help, IE toolbar

Hi, I have a problem that needs your help. My IE has added a SEARCH tool bar just below the usual IE toolbar. I think this annoying guy is from "prosearching". Any one knows how to get rid of it? I tried IEtoy. But it is still there. Thanks.
