If you are looking for game machine, go for AMD 64.
1) AMD 64 bits is better than Intel 32 bits Prescott
2) Prescott original fan is very noisy
3) Prescott CPU might over heating
4) Intel need BIOS update for error bug

If you are looking for office and programming, go for Intel. I prefer 2.8C instead of 2.8E.
