如果隻是電池, 還好說, 要是BIOS芯片, 問題可能就大了---因為我不知道什麽是BIOS CHIP, 更何況那台LAP TOP.
I will open the computer to replace battery first. If it works, then everything is done.

By the way, could you please let me now where the loaction of the "boot.ini" is? Is it c:\windows\system32\boot.ini? Or is there a 'search' command in DOS mode?

I tried to search the 'boot.ini' in my office computer (windows 95---God Damn! 瘟到死95) under Windows mode but find nothing even I set to "show all (including hidden and sysytem) files" in the folder propertities.
