What should I buy with $3,500

Got a budget of $3,500 for a PC + printer. Any suggestions? Never purchased at this level before :)

PC will be used in office so desktop/workstation would be good, but laptops are in consideration too. Wireless service maybe available on campus soon.

Printer gotta be fast and maybe offer some abilities like "dual page" or "double sided".

Don't have to spend it all -- my boss would be happier.
