share printer/fold

I want to share printer/fold/maybe scanner between two computer( XP and 2k ). I set up the printer to share from one computer but I can’t see this printer from another computer. Same situation is the sharing fold. May any one help me to set up. My Email: shuang123@yahoo.com. I’d like to call you if you can instruct me by holding phone step by step.
