calculate it if you want to. But no one does that unless you try to do some kind of research on life of lithium-ion batteries.

If you have a choice, try not do fast charging. Also, disconnect your charger when charging level of you battery get close to 100%. Personally, I use a timer to disconnect my charger from my phone.
