local area network does not have a valid ip configuration

我的電腦是Windows 10. 用cable連router的 port3。能上網。後來我換了用cable連router的 port2，就不能上網了。錯誤是“local area network does not have a valid ip configuration”。我隻好又換回了用cable連router的 port3.  是不是router的 port2壞了？
