老板讓我找一個製作手機app公司，為學校製作一個app. 對此，我是外行。當地的一家公司的報價如下：

There are two pieces to the pricing of designing, building, and deploying native apps. These are: Design/Build/Deploy and Content Management/Support/Hosting. We build apps for three platforms: iPhone, iPad, and Android. The base pricing for any one of these platforms is $2495 Design/Build/ Deploy and $95/month CM/Support/Host. For each additional platform that is built alongside the first the cost is just an additional $500 to Design/Build/Deploy and $50/month for CM/Support/Host.

請內行給看看，這個價是否靠譜？此CM/Support/Host monthly fee是必須的嗎？有沒有業內聲譽好的公司，請各位專家推薦幾個？
