iPhone能在解鎖後用在PPC嗎？有比PPC更好的GSM預付計劃嗎？

I am having to make a decision.  My wife wants iPhone with GSM so that she can use in China.  I like Page Plus Cellular.  I would either get her an GSM iphone with a prepaid company which allows bring your own device.  Or I can use Android for Page Plus Cellular and get her a GSM iPhone for her to use in China.  Any thoughts?
