$35 plan does not mean you would only pay $35,

麵值 $３５充值卡means it only can pay that amount.
Every mobile company charges taxes and fees for every account. Your $35 plan is not saying you only pay $35, no taxes or fees will be charged.

If you only use $35 refill card to pay your account balance, your account will accumulate balance until fund insufficient and will be terminated.
