有關電腦BAKUP問題

我的電腦 WIN7 有2個用戶，一個 使用正常，一個不能工作是屏幕什麽都不顯示，我利用一個使用正常用戶處進行BAKUP，開始

在輸人時一切正常，後來顯示這樣一段提示： Your softwere is being installed please connect the power cable and do
 
not turn off your computer. 然後它就停留，不再繼續下去了，我將電腦開了10多個小時還是維持原來常態，我不明白的是電腦

始終在工作，為什麽還要說please connect the power cable，我請能人幫忙。
