我的VISTA電腦黑屏

我的VISTA電腦黑屏，電腦有兩個用戶，其中一個用戶使用正常，但是我在使用中程序不工作，一直黑屏鼠標可以移動，屏幕有三個提示：Windows problem reporting has ttopped working; Task schedurity has stopped working; Failure security options.
我不知如何去解決，也不知如何發生的。請朋友們指導我去解決它。
