After I inserted the Windows XP CD/DVD in the ROM, then restarted the laptop. It didn't initialize the Windows XP CD/DVD autorun. Instead the old Windows XP operating system in the laptop started. It never got the CD/DVD run installation as it normally did.

So from your suggestion, I need to go to BIOS, change the order to run CD/DVD ROM first. I will try this way this evening after work. Hopefully it will work. Thank you so much for the guide!!
