look for advice: if webOS can be removed and then to install A

I have a HP Touchpad, using the webOS system.    I found out that a lot of apps / games are not supported by webOS.  Is it possible to remove webOS,  and then to install Android to make the TouchPad an Android pad?     If yes,   would you please to advise how to do it in details?  thx.
