Convert PDF to Image Files

You can rasterize the pdf pages to image if you have Photoshop.

If you prefer free software, here is the precedures:
use PDFXchangeViewer  - "Export to image"
Notes:
1. Download from their official website:
http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-viewer;
2. Select proper image type and resolution before performing "export" (to control the color and file size);
3. You may need Image Editor to clip the images (such as XnView).
