from what you are saying "四針電源" seems you are using IDE cables. Then you will need special adaptor.

There are many SATA=IDE or IDE=SATA modules sold for $2 on eBay.

If you are all using 扁平電纜, you are using SATA, there is no difference between 2.5"HDD, 2.5" SSD or 3.5" HDD.
