哪種手機plan is best for our situation?

teen女兒要iphone as christmas gift. 我左思右想， iphone不貴，但手機plan很貴，又要電話，又要dataplan. 兩年下來好幾千。我們電話很少。 which provider/which plan is best? I could not decide. Still have one more week to figure it out.
