Win98下有問題.這個軟件隻能再Win2K和XP下工作嗎？

Win98下安裝會提示"This operating system is not supported by this installation. Setup will now quit."

以前也下載過幾個不同版本， 在Win98下安裝都出同樣的問題. 請問是何原因？
