i don't have any problem. if the no blank dvd is in the writer, the button is not clickable. when there is one, the button is green and you can click to continue.

probably you are using a cr@cked version?
then the "cr@ck" or the "p@tch" might have damaged the software somehow.

If you can find and download the v3.21 platinum on the web (it shouldn't be difficult), i have the keygen for it.
