Anyone still need a solution for this? I just experienced this an hour ago.
What I did was I booted my computer
Pressed F8> then select "Repair Your Computer" from the list>
then login your account> Select The Keyboard Layout> Then select "System Restore".
Just wait for the system restore to finish, then restart your computer. And it should work fine again.
