Desktop doesn't boot if connected to LCD TV. Reset solves it.

I have an old XP desktop. It has only VGA port. If it connects to LCD monitor using VGA cable, I push Power button, post shows on screen, it boots fine to XP windows.

But if LCD TV connects to it using VGA cable, strange thing happens. I push Power button, the computer starts, I can hear hard drive spin, but LCD TV keeps black screen (no post), then LCD TV turns off, shows "No signal". If I push Reset button then, the computer starts to post on LCD TV screen, and boots fine to XP window. I tried 2 LCD TVs. The same happened.

I don't want to push reset button every time. it's tiny, hard to push.

Anybody had the same situation? How to solve it? Thanks.
