F64, dvdXCOPY still needs you

F64, dvdXCOPY CLOSE after
reading the original DVD, it does not prompt me to incert a DVD disk. What happen it? How do I change it?
I used it once to successfull copy one DVD movie
to a blank DVD (with e 321 warning). Now I even can not copy at all. I see the copyed temp file on my hard drive, but DVD x copy does not do the second part(write to blank DVD). Do you know how to fix the problem?
