U want to have a Chinese local number so ur parents can call u with regular phone? Do they have Internet at home? If they do, u have many optionas. If they don't, it is a little complicated. I do have a beijing number which I pay 360 yuan a year. I got this price because I have a deal with them so I don't need to use their service for calling out to Chinese numbers. They do have a minimal charge. If u r still interested, I can ask them for u.
