I use a few a day.  some of them are medical apps such as Epocrates, lexicomp, medscape, medcalc, shots, as well as 5 minute consult for Harrison's Internal medicine.  I also play angry birds, super street fighter 4, Assassin's Creed, Bad company II, Resident evil I & II when I have some down time.  My favorite car racing is Fast & the Furious, multiple version.  All these are free after jailbreak on my ipod touch.
