HELP: How to troubleshoot VOIP with SPA1001

I set up a VOIP system about 2 years ago, and it has been working well until last weekend. The only thing I know is to restart the system, but it did not work this time.  Can someone guid me on how to troubleshooting?  Thank you very much.
