Depending on what you need to do, I would buy something which can be using either dd-wrt or tomato firmware. asus has some great routers for them. I have a couple of asus rt-n16 at home. if you want something cheap, you can check out asus 520gu which cost only around 30 bucks. you can email me for more information.
