求助：GV和sipgate間無法互打電話。

本周發現，用GV打不通sipgate號碼；GV-sipgate也無法打出電話。有同樣問題的同學嗎？googled this， no clear answer。background: sipgate account balance is 0, using other phone than GV can still call sipgate(sipgate can get the call from other phone, but not from GV). anybody has same problem?
