Help to find a reliable cell phone unlock service

I got a used T-Mobile Motorola Cliq and would like to unlock it for Cincinnati Bell. When I googled, there are so many places to do it and the price varies from $6 to $50.(they usually don't show the price in front.) I will really appreciate if anyone here can recommend one.
