No way, rumors say that iPhone 5 delay because A5 CPU

Rumos say that iPhone5 got delayed because A5 CPU has problem to put inside iPhone. iPad2 has much big space for A5. A5 die size is 12.1 mm × 10.1 mm and package size is 16.7 mm × 14.3 mm.
