One question about DropBox account

I have applied for a basic account in DropBox with 2GB.

1. First time, I uploaded about 400M file, the delete it. no problem.

2. Second time, I uploaded about 600M data to DropBox, but why in the account overview, it says %95 of the space is used?

How can I check what is the cause for such a problem?
