Bad MBR but files can be seen

I have a hard drive which has bad MBR so it can't boot, but files in the hard drive can be seen from other hard drive if that one has OS installed. So the partially bad hard disk can work as an additional hard drive, e.g. D: drive, if we do not boot it.

Is is possible to totally recover the bad MBR?
