MSFT management thought ARM will take over the world

They completely forgot ARM these days are still very simple, compare to x86. By the time it gets more complicated. The manufacturing technology and efficiency will weight more than before. Then INTEL/AMD x86 will have more advantage because the experience they had in terms of manufacturing the complicated chips.
