Can someone please help me?

My computer is Nony Vaio, it worked fine since last week. From last week, when I tried to run a program to install it, like ITUNES, the computer always alert me: no such interface supported.

I already did:

power on-off many time. Tried use Maintenance or Vaio Care which located inside Start-Program to fix the problem, but when I click the buttom, there is nothing happen.

Can someone please tell me how to solve it?
