點擊Start -> All Programs -> Accessories ->

 

點擊Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> 鼠標右點 Command Prompt 選 Run As Administrator，在打開的窗子裏就可以Run chkdsk /f 了，不過係統可能不讓直接做，你可能會看到下麵的提示：

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

選擇Y，重啟時機器就會自動做了。
