simultaneous dual band router, different from regular dual band routers.  If you do not handle large files, 10/100MB router is ok.  But if your computers are relative news, mostly they have Gigabit NIC.  It is natual to go 10/100/1000MB router.  Your bottleneck is bandwidth.  Your pc should be fine as long as they are not too old.
