Anybody here can help me ?

Recently, the key,"Enter", does not work. No matter I write Email, reports, or whatever, if I want to change line by using "Enter",nothing happens. Can anybody figure out what's wrong with my computer ? Secondly, anybody knows where I can downlaod the software for writing Chinese characters? I don't have windows cd-rom. Thanks a lot.
