WM6.5 Htc Touch Sprint, Weather connection Error

Weather used to be working fine on my HTC touch. However couple of weeks ago, it started to have problem.  Now it totally stops work.  Everytime I tried to update weather data, it says: connection Error.

I did a lot search, tried various ways, none of them work.

I tried install JVH3_WeaherCity...cab, the app can help me add additional cities. But weather data connection problem exists.  I noticed after I installed above app, there is a new registry entry:  HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\Weather.ServerURLOverride, value points to weather.not2advance.com/......

I tried modifying registry, changed Weather.ServerURLOverride to http://htc.accuweather.com/widget/htc/forecast-data_v3.asp?ac=TR2cra9U&locCode=   

It did not work, although it looks like working for other people.

My other app all works fine, Stock, Browser, not problem at all.
