help pls,6 critical errors can't defragmentation

my laptop got 6 critical errors can't defragmentation,system suggest buy an advanced module

include one of following:

boot sector of the hard drive disk is damaged -limited edition(pls buy a license)

my question is may i reboot by myself? how to?
