Where can I find ipad 16g deal?

I need to buy an ipad 16g in US as a gift to my friend.  Didn't find any good deal in Amazon.  I found some bidding website claiming they have good deal.  Have any of you tried those bidding website before (not ebay) ?  It will be highly appreciated if you could share your experiences with me.
