Try this:

Go to "control panel" --> "Network and Sharing Center" --> "choose homegroup and sharing options" --> "Password Protected Sharing"

Then you see two optioins, check "turn off password protected sharing", then click "apply".

For sleeping mode change, go to control panel --> screen saver --> change power setting --> put the computer to sleep, select "never".
