The voice is still working. Data works, I ran active sync to sync with my gmail account. IE works.

However, most of my web applications do not work:

OperaMini, UC browser, UC Player, Youtube, GoogelMap.

Error message is similar, use opera as example:

The file "operaMini5-WM-armv4.exe" cannot be opened, Either it  is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try re-installing or restoring this file.

 

They were all running OK in home wifi environment.  What did I miss? Do I need to re-install them?
