重裝window。結果A disk read error occurred.

新買的dell insprion 15. windows 7 home edition x64。必須要用pro的edition於是重裝。裝完重起A disk read error occurred. 無論從硬盤起還是從CD啟動，都是同一個錯誤。求幫忙。馬上要弄好發出去。先謝謝。
